# Lyrix vs Dynamic Lyrics

Lyrix and Dynamic Lyrics both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 36% of Dynamic Lyrics's written reviews are positive against 13% of Lyrix's. Dynamic Lyrics also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). Lyrix's advantage is ratings volume (7.3K vs 429) and chart position (#114 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lyrix sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Dynamic Lyrics sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Lyrix against 4.6 for Dynamic Lyrics. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lyrix has 7.3K ratings behind it against 429, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 13% of Lyrix's written reviews are positive against 36% of Dynamic Lyrics's.

Lyrix ships an update every 2 weeks, Dynamic Lyrics every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
