The clearest difference is rating: Play Remontada at 3.4 against 7lhaaa's 2.3. Play Remontada also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). 7lhaaa's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
