The clearest difference is rating: WaveSpell at 5.0 against CERTIFIED Dispensary's 3.9. CERTIFIED Dispensary's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WaveSpell sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. CERTIFIED Dispensary asks for nothing beyond the download.
