# Homework Help vs Chemistry Solver

The clearest difference is rating: Homework Help at 4.6 against Chemistry Solver's 3.1. Homework Help also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Homework Help sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Chemistry Solver sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Homework Help holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Homework Help has 88 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Homework Help ships an update every 3 weeks, Chemistry Solver every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
