# Prepper App Pro vs Emergency Reminder

The clearest difference is update cadence: Emergency Reminder at every 3 weeks against Prepper App Pro's every 6 months. Emergency Reminder also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prepper App Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Emergency Reminder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prepper App Pro ships an update every 6 months, Emergency Reminder every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
