# PayPAMS vs Amazing Explorers

The clearest difference is update cadence: Amazing Explorers at every 3 weeks against PayPAMS's every 16 months. Amazing Explorers also leads on rating (1.9 vs 1.6). PayPAMS's advantage is review sentiment (13% vs 0%) and ratings volume (73 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Amazing Explorers holds the better App Store score, 1.9 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PayPAMS has 73 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of PayPAMS's written reviews are positive against 0% of Amazing Explorers's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PayPAMS ships an update every 16 months, Amazing Explorers every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
