# Witty vs Package Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Witty at every 11 days against Package Tracker's every 2 months. Package Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (97 vs 11). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Witty sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Package Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Witty against 4.7 for Package Tracker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Package Tracker has 97 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Witty ships an update every 11 days, Package Tracker every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
