# SwannView Plus vs NVR Mobile Remote

The clearest difference is rating: NVR Mobile Remote at 3.1 against SwannView Plus's 1.8. SwannView Plus's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 13) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NVR Mobile Remote holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SwannView Plus has 1.2K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
