# StudyFetch vs Assignd

The clearest difference is update cadence: StudyFetch at every 10 days against Assignd's every 6 months. StudyFetch also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 2) and chart position (#110 vs unranked). Assignd's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyFetch sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Assignd sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Assignd holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StudyFetch has 15K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StudyFetch ships an update every 10 days, Assignd every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
