# GRIP&SHOOT vs Exacto

The clearest difference is price: GRIP&SHOOT at Free against Exacto's $2.99. Exacto's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (616 vs 10). On review sentiment, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

GRIP&SHOOT is free to download; Exacto costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Exacto holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Exacto has 616 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of GRIP&SHOOT's written reviews are positive against 55% of Exacto's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GRIP&SHOOT ships an update every 3 months, Exacto every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
