# CK OS vs ShredFrame

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CK OS at none against ShredFrame's 6. CK OS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0.0). ShredFrame's advantage is ratings volume (639 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShredFrame sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. CK OS asks for nothing beyond the download.

CK OS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShredFrame has 639 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CK OS ships an update fortnightly, ShredFrame weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
