# Modu.lite vs Burner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Burner at daily against Modu.lite's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Modu.lite sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Burner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Modu.lite ships an update weekly, Burner daily. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
