# ProxyTap vs UserAgent Switcher

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ProxyTap at 80% against UserAgent Switcher's 33%. ProxyTap also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and chart position (#137 vs unranked). UserAgent Switcher's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProxyTap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and UserAgent Switcher sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProxyTap holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0.
