# Reliant vs Elo GPS® (2026)

The clearest difference is rating: Reliant at 4.9 against Elo GPS® (2026)'s 4.3. Reliant also leads on ratings volume (21K vs 12) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Elo GPS® (2026)'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Reliant holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reliant has 21K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Reliant ships an update every 4 weeks, Elo GPS® (2026) every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
