# Melonote vs Notes AI

The clearest difference is rating: Melonote at 4.9 against Notes AI's 4.3. Melonote also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (43 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Melonote sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Notes AI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
