# FoxNotes vs SayMemo

The clearest difference is update cadence: SayMemo at every 3 days against FoxNotes's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FoxNotes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and SayMemo sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FoxNotes ships an update every 2 weeks, SayMemo every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
