# Summary vs Note AI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Summary at 72% against Note AI's 44%. Summary also leads on ratings volume (55K vs 660) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Summary sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Note AI sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Summary holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Summary has 55K ratings behind it against 660, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of Summary's written reviews are positive against 44% of Note AI's.

Summary ships an update weekly, Note AI every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
