# Strive Timer vs SoloSprint

The clearest difference is update cadence: Strive Timer at every 3 weeks against SoloSprint's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Strive Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SoloSprint sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Strive Timer ships an update every 3 weeks, SoloSprint every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on June 20, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
