# Huggers vs ObsessLess

The clearest difference is rating: ObsessLess at 4.8 against Huggers's 4.3. ObsessLess also leads on ratings volume (113 vs 4) and device support (3 vs 1). Huggers's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Huggers sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and ObsessLess sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ObsessLess holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ObsessLess has 113 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Huggers's written reviews are positive against 82% of ObsessLess's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Huggers ships an update every 3 days, ObsessLess weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
