The clearest difference is update cadence: Quince at every 9 days against Tiny Tots's every 2 months. Quince also leads on ratings volume (9.4K vs 12) and chart position (#22 vs unranked). Tiny Tots's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 82%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Quince against 4.8 for Tiny Tots.
