# Coach Ofek vs Workout Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Workout Tracker at every 2 weeks against Coach Ofek's every 6 weeks. Coach Ofek's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Coach Ofek sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $300.00 per month and Workout Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Coach Ofek ships an update every 6 weeks, Workout Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
