# Picpack vs ABC 123 Fun

The clearest difference is monetization model: ABC 123 Fun at free against Picpack's freemium. ABC 123 Fun also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (9 vs 2). Picpack's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Picpack sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and ABC 123 Fun sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Picpack holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 9 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Picpack ships an update every 3 weeks, ABC 123 Fun every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
