# Unknown vs Ghost Case

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ghost Case at 100% against Unknown's 67%. Ghost Case also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). Unknown's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Unknown costs $2.99 and Ghost Case $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Unknown holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Unknown's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ghost Case's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
