# Sheekar vs SmartEdu Platform

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sheekar at none against SmartEdu Platform's 10. Sheekar also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (161 vs 23). SmartEdu Platform's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmartEdu Platform sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Sheekar asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sheekar holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sheekar has 161 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of Sheekar's written reviews are positive against 100% of SmartEdu Platform's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sheekar ships an update every 9 days, SmartEdu Platform weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
