# Live the Mass vs ESAME

The clearest difference is update cadence: Live the Mass at every 4 days against ESAME's every 2 months. ESAME's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Live the Mass ships an update every 4 days, ESAME every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
