# AGC vs CloudDrive2

The clearest difference is monetization model: CloudDrive2 at free with in-app purchases against AGC's subscription. CloudDrive2 also leads on rating (4.3 vs 4.1) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). AGC's advantage is ratings volume (57 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AGC sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and CloudDrive2 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CloudDrive2 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AGC has 57 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 89% of AGC's written reviews are positive against 100% of CloudDrive2's.

AGC ships an update every 5 days, CloudDrive2 weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
