# Active Goals vs BreatheDeep

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BreatheDeep at none against Active Goals's 1. Active Goals's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (17 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Active Goals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. BreatheDeep asks for nothing beyond the download.

Active Goals ships an update fortnightly, BreatheDeep monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
