# Active Goals vs Interrupt

The clearest difference is update cadence: Interrupt at every 2 days against Active Goals's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Active Goals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Interrupt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Active Goals ships an update fortnightly, Interrupt every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
