# aiNurses vs Wishez

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wishez at none against aiNurses's 3. aiNurses's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. aiNurses sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Wishez asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for aiNurses against 5.0 for Wishez. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: aiNurses has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
