# Form Memos vs AuraNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: AuraNote at fortnightly against Form Memos's every 2 months. AuraNote also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Form Memos sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and AuraNote sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Form Memos ships an update every 2 months, AuraNote fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
