# Arzel Pro vs AcuRite NOW

The clearest difference is rating: Arzel Pro at 5.0 against AcuRite NOW's 1.1. AcuRite NOW's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Arzel Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AcuRite NOW has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Arzel Pro ships an update every 3 months, AcuRite NOW every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
