# SimplyWise vs Pro Contractor List

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pro Contractor List at none against SimplyWise's 8. Pro Contractor List also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). SimplyWise's advantage is ratings volume (41K vs 1) and chart position (#12 vs unranked). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SimplyWise sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Pro Contractor List asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pro Contractor List holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SimplyWise has 41K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SimplyWise ships an update monthly, Pro Contractor List weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
