The clearest difference is rating: Translator Keyboard at 4.5 against Elvebredd's 2.5. Translator Keyboard also leads on ratings volume (8K vs 40) and review sentiment (39% vs 23%). Elvebredd's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks).
