# VenusFit App vs Setpoint Labs

The clearest difference is monetization model: Setpoint Labs at free with in-app purchases against VenusFit App's subscription. VenusFit App's advantage is ratings volume (59 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VenusFit App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $47.00 per month and Setpoint Labs sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Setpoint Labs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VenusFit App has 59 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

VenusFit App ships an update every 2 weeks, Setpoint Labs every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
