# Habit Heatmap vs Open Invite

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Heatmap at every 3 weeks against Open Invite's every 7 months. Habit Heatmap also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Heatmap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Open Invite sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Habit Heatmap ships an update every 3 weeks, Open Invite every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
