# FFMI vs MaxReps

The clearest difference is update cadence: MaxReps at monthly against FFMI's every 3 months. MaxReps also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FFMI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per year and MaxReps sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FFMI ships an update every 3 months, MaxReps monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
