# AI DVR Link vs TicNote

The clearest difference is rating: TicNote at 4.0 against AI DVR Link's 1.0. TicNote also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 2). AI DVR Link's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI DVR Link sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and TicNote sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TicNote holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TicNote has 24 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of AI DVR Link's written reviews are positive against 55% of TicNote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AI DVR Link ships an update every 2 weeks, TicNote every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
