# Fluently vs Elingo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fluently at every 5 days against Elingo's every 2 months. Fluently also leads on ratings volume (6.1K vs 1). Elingo's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fluently sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Elingo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elingo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fluently has 6.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fluently ships an update every 5 days, Elingo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
