# Notes for iPhone vs Swish

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Swish at 100% against Notes for iPhone's 34%. Swish also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). Notes for iPhone's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (71 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes for iPhone sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Swish sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swish holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notes for iPhone has 71 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
