# SON vs Чёрная кость

The clearest difference is rating: SON at 2.0 against Чёрная кость's 1.0. SON also leads on iOS requirement (6.0 vs 13.0). Чёрная кость's advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 12%) and ratings volume (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SON holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 12% of SON's written reviews are positive against 23% of Чёрная кость's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
