# Towbook vs Stealth

The clearest difference is rating: Stealth at 5.0 against Towbook's 3.3. Stealth also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Towbook's advantage is ratings volume (419 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stealth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Towbook has 419 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Towbook ships an update every 2 weeks, Stealth every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
