# NumTest vs Beautiful Trigonometry

The clearest difference is update cadence: Beautiful Trigonometry at every 3 months against NumTest's every 11 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NumTest sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Beautiful Trigonometry sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NumTest ships an update every 11 months, Beautiful Trigonometry every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
