# TrackaLacker vs DropSync

The clearest difference is monetization model: TrackaLacker at free against DropSync's free with in-app purchases. TrackaLacker also leads on ratings volume (2.4K vs 4). DropSync's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TrackaLacker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and DropSync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DropSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrackaLacker has 2.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 76% of TrackaLacker's written reviews are positive against 100% of DropSync's.

TrackaLacker ships an update every 5 days, DropSync every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
