# Dual Camera vs Saycut

The clearest difference is ads: Saycut at none against Dual Camera's shown. Saycut also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Dual Camera's advantage is ratings volume (79 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dual Camera sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Saycut sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Saycut holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dual Camera has 79 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dual Camera ships an update every 3 months, Saycut every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
