# RipX vs TempoKey

The clearest difference is device support: RipX at 3 against TempoKey's 1. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RipX sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month and TempoKey sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
