# Fooz vs BananaTalk

The clearest difference is update cadence: BananaTalk at every 9 days against Fooz's every 7 months. Fooz's advantage is iOS requirement (7.1 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fooz sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and BananaTalk sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
