# FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker vs Eggnote

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker at 78% against Eggnote's 18%. FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker also leads on ratings volume (45 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). Eggnote's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year and Eggnote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eggnote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker has 45 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker's written reviews are positive against 18% of Eggnote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FastLog Counter/ Habit tracker ships an update fortnightly, Eggnote every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
