# Drum2Notes vs Drum Coach

The clearest difference is update cadence: Drum Coach at every 5 days against Drum2Notes's every 6 weeks. Drum2Notes's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drum2Notes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Drum Coach sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
