# Texathon vs Bingo Bear

Texathon and Bingo Bear both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Texathon's written reviews are positive against 44% of Bingo Bear's. Bingo Bear's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Texathon sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Bingo Bear asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Texathon against 4.4 for Bingo Bear.
