# Kappa Loop vs Noteflow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Kappa Loop at 63% against Noteflow's 25%. Kappa Loop also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 13) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Noteflow's advantage is ratings volume (592 vs 24) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteflow sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Kappa Loop asks for nothing beyond the download.

Noteflow holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noteflow has 592 ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Kappa Loop's written reviews are positive against 25% of Noteflow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kappa Loop ships an update every 3 weeks, Noteflow fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on August 14, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
